Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead multiple commercial construction projects throughout Manhattan
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures
- Support business development efforts and client relationship management
A successful Senior Project Manager candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+ preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC construction practices and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scheduling and project management software
- Ability to lead teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
