Production Worker

Adecco Staffing is working with a growing food manufacturing company in Chester, VT to hire Production Associates. Position: Production Associate Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Why Work Here? • Full-time, stable employment • First shift schedule • Weekly pay • Opportunity for overtime • Team-oriented work environment • On-the-job training provided • Long-term career growth opportunities • Clean and safety-focused facility Job Duties: • Support food production, mixing, batching, packaging, and manufacturing operations • Operate production equipment and machinery safely • Measure ingredients and materials according to production specifications • Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards • Follow recipes, work instructions, and production schedules • Complete production records and documentation accurately • Maintain clean and sanitary work areas • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning • Work with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications: • Manufacturing, warehouse, food service, construction, landscaping, or production experience preferred but not required • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks • Comfortable working in a production environment If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
