Job Responsibilities Administer multistate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with varying state and local tax regulations Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries Manage benefits deductions, garnishments, and other withholdings Support payroll audits and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information Requirements 3+ years of payroll processing Multi-state processing experience State tax knowledge Comfortable independently using ADP & Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
