Job Title: RN Step Down Profession: RN Step Down Specialty: RN Step Down Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: Current state licensure and relevant certifications Description: This position requires a Registered Nurse in a Step Down setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to patients who are transitioning from higher levels of care. Strong assessment skills and the ability to manage a diverse patient population are essential. Effective communication and teamwork are critical for success in this role. Candidates should be familiar with common medications and treatment protocols. Ongoing education and adherence to best practices are expected. The environment requires maintaining high standards of patient safety and comfort. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing patient needs will be necessary.
