Lead and develop a high-performing Member Center team through coaching, accountability, mentorship, and performance management
Drive sales, membership growth, product penetration, and loan growth initiatives
Manage daily Member Center operations while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and financial performance
Build and strengthen community and business relationships to support organizational growth
Develop and execute strategic business plans and budgets aligned with Credit Union objectives
Foster a positive, engaging, and member-focused culture
Partner with internal teams and leadership to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement
Ensure team members deliver exceptional service experiences to both internal and external members
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of successful leadership experience, preferably in a sales or financial services environment
Proven experience achieving sales and performance goals
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
Thorough understanding of financial industry products, services, and operations
Ability to drive business development and community engagement initiatives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
Passion for helping others and improving their financial well-being
Formal leadership or management training preferred
