This is an entry level position where no experience is needed.
If you are attending high school/college, we will schedule you around your school schedule.
Some of the required qualifications for this position are:
Be cheerful and have positive attitude.
Have good communication skills with people in person and on the phone.
Be organized, neat and be able work on multiple projects at the same time.
Must be able to count change and be a proficient typist.
Among other responsibilities the position requires that you:
Input customer data into our computer system.
Answer customer questions in the store and on the phone regarding the services we provide.
Assist administrative personnel.
Receive and distribute equipment, parts and accessories.
Contact customers once their audio/video/computer products are repaired.
Box and ship and unpack consumer electronics.
You must safely be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
