Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN with a specialty in Telemetry for a travel assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana. This role is situated in a dynamic clinical environment focusing on providing excellent cardiac and telemetry care. The nurse will have the opportunity to practice independently, contribute to long-range planning, and manage complex clinical situations.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel

• BLS certification from AHA required
• ACLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• Epic experience required
• One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
