Our more than 60 full-time professionals serve clients all over the worldResponsibilities as a bookkeeper:AP entry, 25 invoices a month Check runs weeklyInvoicing and invoice prepHelping with billing, doing e-invoicing for firm under supervision for senior accountantCut 30 checks a month for AP and 30 a month for billingGenerating invoices and making sure time is in system right, captured everything in invoice processCredit card files once a month, make sure correct and one button click to submitReaching out and checking on timesheet submission, expense report submissions,Go through and audit the data once a month, nice checklist for thisObtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCompute and record numerical dataCheck the accuracy of business transactionsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesQualifications of a bookkeeper:Must have both accounts payable and accounts receivable experienceBilling experiencePrevious experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsFundamental knowledge of GAAPAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
