Accounting Helper Opportunity

Our client is kicking off a search for someone who will play the "helper" role on the accounting team assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and any other projects that pop up as the organization grows. This is a great role for someone with a down-to-earth, servant mentality who enjoys being a "jack of all trades". There is an energy in the office that you can feel right when you walk in the front doors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment preparation
• Manage fun and complex customer invoicing and accounts receivable while ensuring billing accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities, investigate discrepancies, and help create more efficient workflows
• Take on more office duties as you continue to learn from marketing to client services, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at everything!
