Treasury Sales Manager GPS Corporate Sales-US TSCO

Role Overview Reporting to the Treasury Sales Executive for US TSCO, the Treasury Sales Manager will manage a team of US Treasury Sales Client Officers (TSCOs) and Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs), directly manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, define TSCO sales strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, execute new and expansion opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities Direct management of the US team and global accountability for best practice with TSCOs in Asia, Canada, Europe and LatAm. Accountable for responsible revenue growth across the team and own portfolio; focused on strategic planning, increasing profitability, client planning, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and proposal/presentation development and delivery. Collaborate with key stakeholders—including Corporate Bankers and colleagues across Trade, Liquidity, Investments and Foreign Exchange—to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives. Focus on growth of new and underpenetrated client relationships and expansion of existing relationships. Maintain a strong client focus, treasury expertise, an understanding of evolving technology, innovation, and a broad understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services. Responsible for strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence, lead and mobilize business partners, and appropriate financial acumen. Provide unlimited client interactions with on‑site or virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client events. Promote team leadership by presenting a strategy for best practice with the global TSCO team through coaching, introducing best practices, standardizing processes, leading by example, and encouraging teamwork, communication and collaboration. Deliver results by prioritizing, inspecting and appropriately delegating work. Required Qualifications Proven leadership and people management skills. Minimum 5 years of Treasury Sales experience, ideally within a global Corporate Treasury Sales team. Strong GPS/Treasury product knowledge across Payments/Receivables, Liquidity, FX, Merchant, Card and Trade. Ability to travel up to 60%. Knowledge of the evolving treasury landscape, including AI, digital assets and related innovations. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and active listening skills. Proven business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients. Strong critical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to solve problems creatively while operating within established guidelines. Strong business/financial acumen. Proven ability to build strong internal partnerships and develop trusted, market‑differentiating relationships with clients. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Ability to effectively manage risk while balancing the needs of the client, the team and the bank. Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member, proactively engaging and mobilizing internal partners in a fast‑paced environment.
