We are partnering with a highly respected, long-established law firm in downtown Chicago seeking a Paralegal to support its busy Estate Planning & Probate Practice Group . Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and proofread estate planning and probate documents
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and client communications
• Coordinate document execution, filings, and record maintenance
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic client files
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, courts, and third parties
• Assist with probate administration matters and estate settlement processes
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of estate planning and probate matters
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of legal documents and correspondence

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience supporting an Estate Planning and/or Probate practice
• Strong legal administrative and document management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional communication skills and client-service mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
