Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
- Help patients restore strength, balance, and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Texas PT License required
- Rehabilitation experience preferred, but strong clinical skills are essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Clinical documentation and patient care
- Rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
