Senior Associate Experience Strategist The Senior Associate Experience Strategist focuses on improving how associates experience work—from their first day through growth and development. This role turns associate feedback and data into practical programs, changes, and improvements that people actually notice. What You’ll Do Lead or facilitate sessions to map employee journeys and capture key experiences such as onboarding, performance feedback, and career development. Translate associate feedback and data into clear visuals and summaries that highlight what’s working and what isn’t. Identify pain points and improvement opportunities, then partner with HR and business leaders to design solution concepts. Maintain up‑to‑date journey materials as systems, policies, and programs evolve. Work with HR teams (Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, Inclusion, etc.) to design and test pilot programs or improvements. Simplify complex HR topics into experiences that associates can easily understand and use. Run small‑scale pilots—define success upfront, collect feedback, and adjust quickly. Support successful pilots as they transition into scalable, sustainable programs. Represent the associate perspective in reviews and decision‑making, articulating trade‑offs and recommendations. Use surveys, focus groups, and exit data to uncover experience gaps and priorities. Partner with People Analytics to define metrics, set baselines, and measure impact. Present data in straightforward updates for senior leaders and decision‑makers. Connect teams across HR, Technology, Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and the business to align efforts influencing employee experience. Track progress, surface risks, and elevate associate feedback in employee experience governance forums. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in HR, Organizational Development, Design, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in HR, organizational development, experience design, or consulting—experience in large, complex organizations is a strong plus. Facilitation and influencing skills; able to move work forward without direct authority. Journey mapping, design thinking, or service design experience (formal training not required). Comfortable working with employee data and translating insights into clear actions. Strong written and verbal communication—effective in writing, visuals, and conversation. Solid program or project management with strong follow‑through. Collaborative, adaptable, and steady in a fast‑changing environment. Compensation Annual Salary $95,325.00 – $148,625.00 (general guideline; final offer depends on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, location, and market considerations).
