Job TitleAutomotive dealership business office experience is required. Only candidates with relevant dealership business office experience will be considered.Essential Job FunctionsResponsibilities include but not limited to:Verify the cost and transactions for each vehicle saleResponsible for all aspects of posting sales and unwinds accurately and timelyResponsible for making sure deals are compliant with regulations, i.e. DMV/State of California/BOEReconcile accounting schedules relating to the car saleEnsure all aspects of monetary instruments are collected in dealProcess / register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts / reconcile all corresponding schedulesMonth end reports and schedulesMaintain Heat Sheet (vehicle receivables)Log returned contracts from financial institutionsPost funding notices from bank dailyUpdate and manage flooring log and CIT LogPrepare overnight labels for CIT fundingWarranty cancellations; Process and cut checksMaintain filingAssist financeBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Vacation (after 1 year of employment)Paid Sick time401(k)RequirementsRequirements:Automotive Dealer experience a MUSTExperience with CDK preferredMust be familiar with all deal documentsAbility to calculate commission for sales compensationMust be highly organized and experienced in handling high volumes of paperworkStrong attention to detail and able to multi-taskExcellent follow-through skillsAbility to work in constantly busy atmosphereGood attendance and punctuality requiredRequired occasional overtimePerforms other duties as assigned by managerOther Skills / AbilitiesSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleGood interpersonal and oral communicationMust have good ethics including maintaining a neat work areaAbility to work well with fellow employeesPositive attitudeSalary Description $24.00 - $30.00 p/h
