At Good Neighbor Realty, we believe buying or selling an investment property should start with a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful conversation. We're looking for an upbeat, driven Inside Sales Agent to be the first voice our leads hear. You'll connect people with the right agent at the right time.

The ISA is the first voice our leads hear. You'll call, text, and email our leads, get them excited about purchasing a short term rental (Airbnb) investment property, and book qualified appointments for our real estate agents. Your success is measured by appointments that actually happen and turn into clients.

Compensation Plan

The ISA earns $25/hour, plus $50 for each appointment held, plus 5% of the brokerage's commission on every lead they source that closes.

Schedule & Tools

• 40 hours per week, including some evening and weekend hours when leads are most reachable

• In-office or remote, depending on brokerage needs

• Follow Up Boss, dialer, and scripts provided by Good Neighbor Realty

How Success Is Measured

• Live conversations per day

• Appointments booked per week

• Appointments held

• Share of held appointments that close

Compensation:

$85,000 - $125,000 yearly

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Call, text, and email our online leads quickly and continue to follow up with them regularly according to our follow-up campaign system

• Nurture leads, past clients, and sphere lists through scheduled follow-up campaigns

• Qualify leads on timeline, motivation, financing, and location using our scripts

• Book buyer consultations and listing appointments on agents' calendars

• Confirm appointments the day before and follow up on no-shows

• Log every call, text, and note in Follow Up Boss the same day

• Hand off each appointment to the assigned agent with a short summary of the lead

• Report weekly on calls made, conversations, appointments set, and appointments held

Qualifications: What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado real estate broker license, or willingness to earn one within 90 days of hire (required to be eligible for the closing bonus)

• 1+ year of phone-based sales, call center, or lead conversion experience; real estate or mortgage experience is a plus

• Comfortable making 100+ dials a day and hearing "no" without losing energy

• Clear, friendly phone voice and solid written communication for texts and email

• Organized and consistent with Follow Up Boss data entry

• Familiarity with Denver-area and mountain markets is a plus

• Familiarity with operating or managing a short-term rental is a plus
