Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to perform basic industrial and manufacturing painting on steel and metal products. The role involves prepping material for painting, using a paint spray gun, and inspecting finished products for final shipment. The role also requires proficiency in using a tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting on steel and metal products.
• Prepare materials for painting.
• Utilize a paint spray gun efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality for final shipment.
• Use tape measures, hand tools, and power tools as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in painting and paint preparation.
• Experience in industrial painting and using a spray gun.
• Knowledge of sanding techniques and operating a paint booth.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Education or certifications related to the manufacturing industry are a bonus.
• Experience with overhead cranes is an advantage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
