Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to extend the life of machinery and reduce unexpected failures.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to implement process improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Assist in training team members on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.
- Support the implementation of new equipment and technologies in the manufacturing process.

The Successful Applicant
- Technical expertise in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Strong electrical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
