Assistant Director of Nursing
Lake Pointe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading our nursing staff to achieve exceptional outcomes. If you are passionate about rehabilitation and nursing, we want to hear from you!
Provide leadership and guidance to the Nursing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
Participate in the development of the center's budget and ensure effective resource allocation
Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
Develop and implement educational programs and training sessions for the Nursing staff
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Current RN license in the state of Ohio
