Job Title: Recruiter Location: Addison, IL (Fully Onsite) Industry: Industrial Distribution Pay: $33.00 – $38.00 / Per Hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About Our Client Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long-term conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Job Description The Recruiter will oversee full-cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard-to-fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple openings while driving talent strategy forward. Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle recruiting for 15–25 active openings Source and attract candidates for technical, sales, engineering, and niche roles Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting strategies and hiring needs Utilize ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and job boards to manage candidate flow Perform consistent outbound outreach including calls, networking, and follow-ups Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain strong pipeline activity Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or hard-to-fill positions Agency recruiting experience highly preferred Strong sourcing and cold-calling capabilities Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office High school diploma required Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Competitive, motivated, and results-driven mindset Perks Opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization Strong long-term career growth potential within talent acquisition Exposure to executive leadership and strategic hiring initiatives Potential access to uncapped commission opportunities upon conversion Team-focused environment with strong leadership supportEmployee events, appreciation programs, and company-wide celebrations Stable organization with continued growth and acquisitions Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
