Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProduction Manager – Roofing, Siding & Gutters Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis – St. Charles, MOFull-Time | $60K–$80K+ OTE | Base + Incentives About the Role Best Choice Roofing is the largest Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor in the nation, and due to our growth in St. Charles, we are looking for an additional hands-on Production Manager to run day-to-day field operations. This is not a desk job. You will lead roofing, siding, soffit, fascia and gutter projects from material order to final walkthrough - ensuring clean, on-time, high-quality installs and an excellent homeowner experience. We’re looking for someone organized, accountable, and field-focused who takes pride in running tight, professional job sites. What You’ll Be Responsible For Daily Production LeadershipManage residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects from start to finishSchedule and coordinate subcontractor crews, materials, and dumpstersEnsure jobs stay on schedule and within budgetField Quality & Jobsite ManagementPerform jobsite quality control and safety checksConfirm installs meet manufacturer specs and local codeComplete punch lists and final walkthroughsHandle repair diagnostics and warranty follow-upsCommunication & CoordinationAct as the bridge between sales, office, crews, and homeownersKeep customers informed throughout the projectEnsure photos, notes, and updates are documented dailyResolve field issues quickly and professionallySystems & TrackingTrack jobs using JobNimbus and CompanyCamMonitor job costs, supplements, and change ordersConfirm materials and labor align with contract scopeMaintain clean documentation and job filesAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport sales team with pre-job planning and measurementsManage material orders and deliveriesOccasionally assist with emergency tarping or small repairsIdentify upgrade opportunities (ventilation, gutters, etc.)Who This Role Is ForYou’ll succeed here if you: Have managed roofing or exterior crews and understand job flowRun organized, clean, efficient job sitesSolve problems without waiting to be told what to doCommunicate clearly with crews and homeownersTake pride in doing things right the first timeWant to grow into senior leadership as the company scalesThis is not for someone who needs constant direction or prefers staying in the office.
