In this role, you will be supporting the overall mission of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).If you are looking for a meaningful, mission driven career, Join FSA Responsibilities Provides clerical support including case file maintenance, data entry, and correspondence drafting. Answers incoming inquiries regarding case-related status information. Maintains electronic case management systems. Prepares standard legal forms and prints reports. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. One (1) year of administrative or legal support experience. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to pay attention to detail and follow directions. Fully capable of reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
