This remote position offers flexibility and safety while allowing you to work comfortably from your own setting. You will primarily interact with clients in a hospice center environment that emphasizes emotional support and dignity during sensitive transitioning periods. • Assist in crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support when required.

• Manage a caseload including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups and service adjustments as needed.

• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights to enhance agency service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a unique patient population—individuals in a hospice care setting—who often find themselves grappling with complex emotional challenges. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with families, helping them navigate the emotional landscape of terminal illness by providing counseling, resources, and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required to fulfill the clinical requirements for this position.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania is essential for practicing in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
