Role Description This full-time hybrid Salesperson role is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with contractors, property managers, and other key stakeholders, and promote CORE GROUP's restoration solutions and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting prospect outreach, running sales presentations and product demonstrations, managing pipelines and forecasts, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with operations and marketing teams, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Qualifications Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, property services, or related industries. Strong relationship-building, networking, and client management skills. Ability to conduct effective presentations, communicate value propositions clearly, and negotiate contracts. Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to travel locally within the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area as needed. Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and basic office software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and integrity. Goal-oriented mindset, strong follow-through, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience collaborating with contractors or service providers is a plus.
