Starting rate hourly $18.50 + bonuses What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you'll bring the LUMA Playbook to life every day by: Engaging Prospective Residents * Providing an exceptional tour experience * Screening applicants using qualification standards * Achieving a 33%+ conversion rate from prospect to resident Delivering Outstanding Customer Service * Maintaining a cheerful, professional demeanor * Ensuring a polished personal and office presentation * Creating an inviting and positive first impression Supporting a Collaborative Team * Sharing fresh ideas and contributing to team solutions * Participating in resident events and retention programs * Helping build a community that residents are proud to call home Driving Leasing & Marketing Efforts * Executing off-site and digital marketing activities * Assisting in strategic marketing plans to attract new residents
