We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support client payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and providing responsive client service.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain payroll information, recommend improvements, and assist with updates.
- Oversee payroll administration and support system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Partner with clients to answer questions and improve payroll procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous payroll processing and administration experience.
- Proficiency with payroll systems and strong Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
- ADP, Ceridian
