And we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Move Consultant (formerly Customer Service Representative) to join our office team. This isn’t your typical call center or CSR role. When people call us, it’s because they need help — often during a stressful time. Your job is to guide them through their moving experience with care, confidence, and clarity. What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls (no cold calling) from customers looking to schedule a move Build rapport quickly — ask the right questions and listen with empathy Provide accurate quotes and walk customers through the process Input customer info into our system while you talk (multitasking is key!) Ask for the sale — clearly and confidently, without being pushy Follow up to ensure everything goes smoothly before and after the move Stay informed on our services, promotions, and systems so you can offer the best solutions Support your team — because we win together "We believe in hiring for attitude and training for skill."
