VP, Product Marketing

We are seeking a visionary product marketing leader to shape the go-to-market strategy for a critical enterprise readiness platform and its AI-powered applications in the federal market. You will define market positioning, craft messaging, empower sales teams, and accelerate product adoption within government and defense communities. Your work will influence strategic direction and market success in support of national defense capabilities. Responsibilities Define and articulate the company’s product narratives, value propositions, and market positioning to internal and external audiences. Lead and execute go-to-market strategies for new platform launches, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives. Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials, including competitive analysis, battle cards, and presentations for the sales team. Serve as the expert on the U.S. Defense/Federal market, customer segments, and competitor landscape to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns. Must-Have Qualifications U.S. Citizenship is required. 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director/VP) at a B2B enterprise software or SaaS company. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven knowledge of the U.S. Defense or Federal procurement process and defense technology market. Demonstrated ability to drive and manage complex go-to-market initiatives and lead cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Current possession of a U.S. security clearance, or the ability to obtain one with sponsorship. Experience in or exposure to startup or entrepreneurial environments. Experience marketing AI/ML-enabled analytics platforms or complex data solutions. MBA is preferred.
