Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to closing.
• Function as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring needs, challenges, and organizational culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates through our proprietary CRM/ATS and your expanding network, along with our exclusive communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to manage candidates efficiently, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term benefits for clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate our brand — and yours.
