Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with both couples and individual family members to support their mental health journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of family dynamics in order to tailor intervention plans.

• Providing therapeutic services to couples, addressing issues such as conflict resolution, communication barriers, and emotional intimacy.

• Working with individuals on personal challenges stemming from family issues, such as grief, loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Facilitating family sessions to improve interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
\n
• Managing specific concerns such as alcohol abuse, physical/psychological abuse, and sibling conflicts.
\n
• Documenting sessions comprehensively to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices in therapy.
\n
• Staying current with evidence-based techniques and integrating them into treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical practice will encompass a diverse range of patients, including couples, children, and adolescents. You will address various issues that families confront today, from job-related stress and health challenges to conflicts among family members. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) credential.
