Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Orange, CA
Pay Range : $26.00 - $28.00 per hour  About the Role Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer success and operational excellence? We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to act as the vital link between our customers, our sales team, and our internal operations.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales pipeline, managing orders, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems collaboratively, we’d love to have you on the team! Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer order process—from reviewing and validating quotes to entry and follow-through to completion.
• Proactively track and follow up on open quotations to maximize closure rates and support sales pipeline growth.
• Maintain clean, accurate data and records within our ERP/CRM systems.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, lead routing, and quote requests, bringing a high sense of urgency and professionalism.

• Keep customers and internal teams proactively updated on order statuses, lead times, and any changes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Planning, Quality, and Shipping to align customer needs with smooth order fulfillment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel ) and hands-on experience working with ERP/MRP systems .
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred (equivalent professional experience will also be considered).
• Must be a U.S. Person as required by ITAR regulations.
