Restructuring Attorney - In-House

A leading hedge fund is looking to hire a lawyer to focus on Restructuring/Special Situations. An ideal candidate will have prior experience with credit documentation, restructurings, and Chapter 11 processes. This role will report directly into the general counsel and will be in the firm's NYC office. Day-to-day you will: Review, draft and negotiate transactional documentation. Provide legal support and guidance in connection with all asset management matters, including loan workouts, restructurings, forbearances, foreclosures and portfolio related litigation matters.
