TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Title: Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Experience: Minimum 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Tele License: Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (must be active) Must-Have: Must work at least every other holiday Description: Nurses will provide care to patients in a Med/Surg Tele unit. Floating to other units within the facility to care for the same patient population may be required. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty they are applying for. Recent travel experience in Med/Surg Tele will also be accepted. A ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be administered during orientation. Acceptable scores on both assessments are required. Nurses will receive two attempts to pass the assessments. Candidates must not have any background checks that are actively under review. All required certifications must be up to date with no pending requirements. Nurses must adhere to a strict "do not call" policy regarding inquiries. All references must be from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for. Travelers may only be submitted for one position at a time within the organization. Please ensure that all submission requirements are followed correctly.
