About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join Windcave’s team in New York, NY. This is a mid-senior role with key sales deliverables such as net new acquisitions and partnership management.

\n

\n

This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the payments industry and a strong network of ISOs, agents, or payment partners.

\n

\n

You’ll be a true sales hunter, focused on identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in one of our key markets.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Act as a true sales hunter targeting new business opportunities and ramp relationships with prospective and existing partners throughout the sales process;
\n
• Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline to meet company goals;
\n
• Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries;
\n
• Achieve sales quotas and targets as defined by management;
\n
• Attend events and trade shows to build relationships and generate new leads.
\n

About You:

\n

\n
• Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship);
\n
• 5+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role, from fintech or SaaS or payment sales background.
\n
• 3+ years of experience , focusing on net-new acquisitions.
\n
• Existing network or knowledge of the ISO ecosystem is highly desirable.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree preferred;
\n
• Action oriented – you are not afraid to cold call and build your own relationships;
\n
• Ultimate team player – you are comfortable working across multiple teams to ensure that your customers have the right solutions for their business needs.

Compensation Range- USD 150k-180k+ commission

\n

\n
