Agilent seeks a detail-oriented assembler for its Winooski, Vermont manufacturing facility. The role involves assembling biotech components to specifications, inspecting for quality, and collaborating with production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components accurately to approved specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Inspect and test completed products for defects and quality compliance
- Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols
- Report issues and discrepancies to supervisor; collaborate to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years manufacturing or assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
Compensation: $22.42 - $35.04/hr plus bonus, stock, and benefits eligibility
