Your Key Responsibilities

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire search process from start to finish.
• Be an Advisory Partner: Engage with clients to fully understand their hiring challenges, culture, and needs.
• Strategically Source Talent: Utilize our exclusive CRM/ATS as well as your own networks and tools.
• Employ Our Comprehensive Tools: Organize and track candidates, manage communication efficiently, and automate follow-ups.
• Focus on Sustainable Placements: Prioritize permanent roles that add lasting value to clients and enhance your commission.

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in agency recruiting or sales roles

• Adept at maintaining client relationships and successfully closing deals
• Confident in navigating CRM/ATS systems (training on ours will be provided)
• An entrepreneurial spirit, eager to build a lasting impact
