This is aW2, full-time (40 hrs/week)contract-to-hire role withovertime available as needed. Pay $64.27/hr (W2) Schedule Monday–Friday, rotating shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 8:30 AM–5:30 PM 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Required evening and weekend on-call coverage Key Responsibilities Managehome infusion therapieswith clinical oversight and workflow support Review referrals for appropriateness (drug, dose, route, labs) Completenew patient startsand refills Performmedication reconciliationand providepatient counseling Monitor lab-dependent therapies and coordinate care with providers and nursing Enter prescriptions, document appropriately, and support claim adjudication as needed Prepare and verifysterile compounded medications(labeling, lot tracking, USP compliance) Supervise pharmacy technicians, support production/delivery workflow, and help maintain inventory Ensure safe, accurate, timely medication dispensing in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must have Home Infusion experience(required) Benefits (per client program) Benefits available after90 days(for full-time employees) 401(k) with company matchavailable after1 yearof service Interested?
