Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior to join our team. This role requires a strong foundation in public accounting to manage outsourced accounting functions for multiple clients simultaneously. You will serve as a trusted advisor, overseeing financial reporting and streamlined accounting workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Set up, optimize, and manage cloud accounting systems and integrations.
• Perform complex bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing procedures.
• Advise clients on cash flow management, budgeting, and financial KPIs.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with mandatory public accounting or multi-client management experience.
• Proficiency with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct.
• Strong communication skills to directly consult and interface with business owners.
