Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid / On-site)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAS Senior Associate to manage financial accounting and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of mid-market corporate clients. This role bridges the gap between transactional accounting and strategic financial consulting.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Client Advisory: Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights on cash flow and profitability.
• Technology Management: Implement and optimize cloud accounting ecosystems like QuickBooks Online and Xero.
• Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee complex bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and sales tax filings.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and review the work of junior CAS staff accountants.
• Onboarding: Lead the transition of new clients into the firm's accounting platform infrastructure.

 

 

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of public accounting or multi-entity corporate accounting experience.
• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in QBO, Xero, Bill.com, and Excel is mandatory.
• Credentials: CPA license or progress toward a CPA/EA certification is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain financial data to non-financial clients.

 

 

Target Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus and CPA exam reimbursement.
