Trust Operations Specialist

Internal Deadline: 7/10/2026 This position can be filled in Ark City, Winfield, Wichita, Hutchinson, Ponca City, Claremore, Stillwater, and Edmond. What we’re looking for Someone to assist the department manager and be involved in all areas of Trust. Someone to perform day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities of Trust Operations department and to take care of the daily balancing. You possess excellent time management skills. You care about your community and have a desire to be involved. What you’ll do Ensure prompt and accurate handling of client accounts. Develop, implement, and monitor appropriate audit controls. Prepare and preserve required books and records. Maintain close communication with Trust and RCB Bank personnel to ensure that the functional area is adequately servicing both internal and external customer needs. What you must have High school diploma or GED required. What might set you apart Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. Previous trust experience/knowledge. Previous experience with various trust accounting systems, including Infovisa/MAUI.
