Consulting Operations supports the practice by collaborating with all functional areas and enabling solutions that optimize resource and financial performance, minimize risk, and maximize client experience.The Operations role is responsible for providing operational support to our leaders and service teams with a focus on Strategic Leadership, Strategic Implementation and Operational Optimization. In this capacity, operations is accountable to ensure tools, processes, and systems exist and effectively support the delivery of quality services to RSM's clients.Strategic LeadershipSupport and Execution Supports leadership and ensures the smooth functioning of the organization. Amplifying the leaders effectiveness and help translating strategic vision into action.Act as a strategic partner, managing key initiatives, facilitating communicationPartner strategically with assigned Consulting Leader to develop leadership meeting objectives and agendas, facilitate leadership meetings, and provide management oversight to strategic and tactical imperatives.Participate in and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies.Performance Analysis Utilize performance reports and systems to turn financial data into insight, monitoring profitability and plan attainment, giving leaders the reporting they need to run the business.Strategy Implementation ManagementInitiative Management Participate in turning strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, developing implementation plans and performance measurements for the ongoing success of the initiative.
