ESFM USA is seeking a Unit Director responsible for the overall cleanliness, sanitation, and security of assigned buildings in the Charlotte area. You will coordinate all janitorial activities, supervise supervisors and hourly staff, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards. You will communicate directives from managers and building occupants to staff, train and discipline personnel, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure safe operations and timely project #J-18808-Ljbffr
