Physician Liaison / Healthcare Marketing SpecialistBreakThrough Physical Therapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a relationship-driven Physician Liaison / Healthcare Marketing Specialist to grow provider partnerships and increase patient referrals throughout the Wilmington area.This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing a healthcare brand in the community, and turning outreach efforts into measurable referral growth.Part-Time Schedule: 25 Hours WeeklyPay Rate: $22-$25/HourResponsibilitiesWithin your first several months, you will:Build productive relationships with physicians, referral coordinators, case managers, hospital systems, and other healthcare partners.Develop and execute a territory outreach plan focused on increasing awareness and patient referrals.Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing provider offices.Coordinate opportunities for physical therapists and clinic leaders to connect with referral sources.Track outreach activity, referral trends, and market opportunities to determine what is working and where additional focus is needed.Support community events, partnerships, sponsorships, and local marketing initiatives.Help clinic leaders create action plans for locations needing additional referral growth.What Makes Someone SuccessfulYou will be a strong fit if you can:Build trust quickly and maintain professional relationships.Communicate confidently with physicians, office staff, and community partners.Manage a territory and prioritize outreach independently.Use data and feedback to adjust your approach.Represent BreakThrough Physical Therapy with professionalism and enthusiasm.Preferred Experience· 1–2 years of experience in physician liaison work, healthcare marketing, medical sales, provider relations, community outreach, or business development.· Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical or healthcare experience preferred.· Experience using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.· Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is helpful.Additional Requirements· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.· Ability to travel throughout the Wilmington territory.· Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.· Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.Why Join BreakThrough?You will have the opportunity to build meaningful healthcare partnerships, increase access to physical therapy services, and make a measurable impact on the growth of our Wilmington clinics.Apply today to help more patients connect with the care they need.Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
