Position Summary

The Computer Technician & E-Commerce Listing Specialist is responsible for evaluating, testing, and preparing electronics for resale while creating accurate online product listings. This position plays a key role in maximizing the value of reusable electronics by ensuring equipment is fully tested, properly documented, and professionally presented for sale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, organized, and committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. 

Essential Job Functions

• Researching and identifying the specifications and details of various electronics and computer equipment.
• Wipe and reinstall operating systems while ensuring secure data destruction in accordance with company procedures. 
• Create accurate and detailed online listings for computers, electronics, and accessories across various e-commerce platforms. 
• Taking high-quality photos of products to showcase their features.
• Ensuring all listings are optimized for search and customer engagement.
• Collaborating with the team to improve processes and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Working knowledge of computers, electronics, and common operating systems.
