Office Administrator - Kia Norwood, MA

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: McGovern Automotive Group is hiring an Office Administrator! In this role you will work closely with our corporate accounting office to ensure dealership paperwork, funding, title and registrations documentation and other administrative functions are completed accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Process bank payoffs for trade-ins and purchases Communicate with central accounting department via email, scanning, and shared docs Submit all legal transfer work to the DMV Preparing bank deposits and check scanning Verify that funds have been collected and correct lien holder has been listed Bill out dealer trades and wholesale deals Manage submission and payment of Manufacturers rebates Qualifications: Prior automotive industry experience preferred EVR certification a plus, but not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize assignments and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Team-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Able to pass background and drug screenings What we offer: Employee vehicle purchase program Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Employee Referral Program If you are looking to build your career with a growing, family-owned organization that values hard work, teamwork, and opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
