Your leadership will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and executing a high-impact sales plan designed to exceed your goals.You'll work closely with both National and Regional Sales teams to foster a cohesive environment and leverage Salesforce as the primary tool for tracking success. Building a diverse network of industry influencers, community partners, and prospective clients will be a key part of your strategy. You'll also play a crucial role in recruiting, hiring, and developing top talent, while ensuring customer commitments are met through active partnership with operations.
