Accountant

Our client is a real estate firm. They seek a Senior Accountant to join their Irving, TX office. Responsibilities Manage accounting activities for real estate development projects, holding companies, and related entities Support transaction onboarding, project setup, closings, funding activities, and construction draw processes Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, close activities, reporting packages, and budget-to-actual analyses Coordinate intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidated reporting across entities Analyze GAAP accounting requirements related to revenue recognition, capitalization, consolidations, and transactions Maintain accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and vendor records Assist with financial statement preparation, forecasting support, and management reporting Monitor project budgets, cash flow activity, and funding requirements across investments Improve accounting workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies Enhance accounting systems, including NetSuite reporting structures and process improvements Requirements 3 years of experience Real estate industry required Private or combo experience Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and highly analytical #J-18808-Ljbffr
