American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, one of the Nation's largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door Hardware, Windows and Millwork is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service / Dispatch Clerk to support our Distribution, Production and Sales teams in our Rialto Distribution Facility. We are constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic people who want to be part of a great team.What You Will DoAssist in scheduling and coordinating production items to several departments, enter dates and quantities in DPS system.Assist in scheduling and coordinating job site deliveries and production order flow, ensuring safe and on-time pickup and deliveryDistribute and slot tickets as requiredProvide customer service and support to customers via the phone and email, as well as will-callCommunicate customer service needs with drivers, sales, and operationsUpdate scheduling database with ticket detailsWho You AreSolid customer service backgroundAnswering a high volume of calls from Drivers, Customers, and Sales TeamLogistics or transportation experience2+ years of basic computer skills, with ability to be trained on company softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive outgoing attitudeSelf-motivated, goal-orientated, excellent work habitsAbility to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPromote and maintain a TEAM atmosphereAbout JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. Expected pay for this role is between $42,300.00 to $63,500.00 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
