Resource Specialist

About the role:

The Resource Specialist will identify, acquire, and distribute tools, materials, or personnel to support ongoing projects or daily operations.

This is a contract position for 12 + months. You will report to the Senior Resource Manager for I&C Field Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities

• Resource Allocation: Identify, acquire, and distribute tools, materials, or personnel to support ongoing projects or daily operations.
• Database & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of available resources, usage rates, and inventory levels.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate with managers and team members to forecast future needs and prevent shortages or over-commitments.
• Policy & Reporting: Develop resource management procedures and prepare periodic utilization reports for leadership

Qualifications:

• 8+ Years in Nuclear staffing and project controls experience
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• You will pass a nuclear background and pre-employment drug screen
• 5 years experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and database management

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30/hour to $60/hour.
