Quick Facts Location: 1111 Line Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 Start Date: 09/21/2026 End Date: 12/19/2026 Shift: 8-hour days (Day shift) Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Part-time License/Certs: Current Louisiana PT license Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $60.30 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable 24/7 dedicated team support during your assignment What You ll Do Manage a caseload independently across various patient types including IPR, acute, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings Provide therapy for patients with spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and complex medical cases Assist patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neuro diagnoses, and general orthopedic conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans Document patient progress using EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech Expanse, and WellSky Participate in departmental and site-specific orientation sessions Support patient rehabilitation goals through evidence-based therapy interventions What You Need Required: Current Louisiana PT license Ability to independently manage a case load Experience with complex and diverse patient populations Strong teamwork and communication skills Preferred: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (if applicable) Experience working with EMR systems detailed above About the Assignment This therapy assignment at a leading hospital in Shreveport offers an excellent opportunity to impact patient recovery while working in a supportive environment.
