Lever, Inc. is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to drive strategic and operational improvements, accelerate cash collections, and reduce revenue leakage. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and frontline teams to translate data into actionable actions that improve financial performance. Based in Des Moines, IA or remote with travel, you will lead analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives, reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle #J-18808-Ljbffr Lever
